Colour Spectrum of Health
Masters of fine arts research study on how foods that benefit our health create a colour spectrum that can guide people to reflect upon their food choices. For a well balanced meal one should consume the colours green, yellow, orange and red. The graph links the set of foods that benefit the digestive system, what their beneficial elements are and the colour spectrum they form. The information is mapped to 2 invisible grids at two levels of graphing the information: one to show the interconnectedness of food and its beneficial elements, and the second to show the spectrum that healthy foods form.
